Domestic Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made an online purchase within 30 days from the delivery date, and have unworn merchandise with all original tags attached, click the returns button to get started. Note, all clearance, archive sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you made an online purchase between November 30, 2024 through December 31, 2024, and have unworn merchandise with all original tags attached, you can return your item(s) through January 31st, 2025. Note, all clearance, archive sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Purchases made on the Parmigos ecommerce sites or at any of our retail locations may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment or in-store purchase if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All sale items from Online sales and archive sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. International Returns
Please include the original packing note. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund, no exchanges (minus shipping costs). Note that the 30-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit.If it is shipped within 30 days, we consider that in accordance with our return policy regardless of when it arrives. Save all tracking information. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

International Shipments
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Parmigos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
